MAXAM Outdoor’s stand at Expocaza, first edition of this event taking place at the Trade Fair of Valencia from the 1st until the 3rd of April, will include an exhibition of the MAXAM painting Collection. Those who attend with the idea of seeing MAXAM Outdoor’s latest offer in cartridges for sports hunting will find themselves with the pleasant surprise of visiting this petite exhibition.
Under the epigraph of Art and Hunting, the MAXAM Foundation has commissioned a selection of 15 of the most representative works of the MAXAM Collection under the theme of Hunting. Visitors, professionals and enthusiasts of Expocaza will feel the spirit, with which many, in those days and ages collected our calendar prints, making them the art of those who never went to the museums. From the Lady with the shotgun of Emilio Sala, image of the calendar in 1902, to the Weapons at rest of Eduardo Chillida Belzunce, reproduced in the almanac of 2006. Over one hundred years of existence of the MAXAM painting Collection and one of their themes by authors such as Manolo Valdés, Amalia Avia or Julio Romero de Torres.
MAXAM Outdoors brings to Expocaza the Works of Arts which images became popular icons during the times of their creation. Ranging from the most beautiful women devoted shooters, to expert hunters proudly posing with their prey. The reinterpretation of Monarchs (Kings) posing in a royal manner or seeing as major figures the arms, instrument of this sport, but none the less equally demanding our attention.
